Phone Number Search Query Not working and unsure how to create

Im VERY new to this, I have set up a query for a customer search:

First Name
Last Name
Pet Name
Phone Number

All of the search fields work except the phone number. There is an input mask in both the table and form, however the search wont bring up the number/customer when its ran.

Code Used:
Is Null Or Like "*" & [Forms]![SearchForm]![PrimaryNumber] & "*"

never use input mask in both table and form.
only use it in form if your doing data entry from form.
remove input mask from table add new entries from form and then see if it works
