Frequent Memo field corruption in Access 2010

Hello,

I am essentially a novice Access user and am having issues with my first database, so please bare that in mind.

There appears to be a frequent issue with memo field corruption in the database, particularly when multiple users are accessing it.

The two memo fields that are part of a much larger database of around 75 fields, but it is the memo boxes that corrupt. I do require the extra characters so a text field will not suffice.

Any ideas why this is happening and how I can stop it corrupting?

Hope you guys can help,

Thanks in advance,
