HHCtrl.Ocx Errors in Rich Text message Box

About 4 weeks ago, I posted a question in
https://bytes.com/topic/access/answe...nstable-access
with a Rich Text Message Box being unstable.

Sorry not to have got back earlier, but have been involved in other things.

When it crashes, the Windows Event viewer frequently mentioned that the crash had something to do with HHCtrl.Ocx

I have removed all reference to this and to HTMLHelp from the program, and it now seems stable.
available.

Is there a different way of invoking a standard .chm file

Thanks

Phil

Problem now solved. Have removed all references to HHCtrl.Ocx and invoked Shell commands to load help files.

With a bit of luck, most of the bugs have been ironed out of the Rich Text Message Box.
