convert Multiple rows (same name) that have many collumns of data. convert this to 1

for a table of rows and columns. If a customer changed data in more than onecolumns. I created and append query that would show only the columns of data that was change for a given row. The problems is say there was 6 columns of data changed for 1 given row. The appended query would show 6 rows ( same name) but for each row it would show the columns of data that changed. INSTEAD I would like only 1 row but the row would include all the columns that changed. This is kinda like the concated function but instead of grouping the many columns into 1 cell. but instead of 1 cell I would like to keep the colums separted but keep it so only 1 unique row name per given information.

I'm afraid your question is unintelligible to me, but as you mention cells, I assume you are applying Excel techniques.
Access is totally different in it’s method of handling data.
I am guessing your data is not normalised, so please send details of your tables.
