MS Access 2007: 15 years Of Contract

2
yo....

i was student in intern program right now. my organization give me a ms access file that contain information of contract workers. they ask me to separate which of the workers that almost work for 15 years and make a reminder for user 6 months before due date..

my department scope is manage contract worker.. their contract usually tied up for 2 years and who is near the due date contract can apply for a continuation of the contract.

example this year 2016, workers that joined in 2001 has completed 15 years in this year.
so my organization will propose the worker change to permanent.. no more contract anymore
organization only choose by adding each of the contract duration before and after their contract reach total of 15years, their name will be choosen

for a right now table that I got contain Name, ID, Position, The first appointment date, New contract duration

I got many name right here and many different date for the first time their start to work. I want to separate which of the worker that reach 15years and remind user so user can alert that there always have a worker that need to change to permanent

im not familiar with access and i never use it before
please i need help i dont care who you are and i really want to say terima kasih (thankyou)
