Excel backend database and HTML frontend

1
Hi,

I am planning to build a employee satisfaction survey and planning to use HTML as front end and Excel/MsAccess as back end database.

This will not be on web, but will be hosted on a share point within the company network (intranet not internet)

Can you please advice and let me know how shall i proceed. Any other alternate ideas are most welcome.
