Checkboxes in Forms

Hello All,

I have output from a SQL Query for a form. I have added (in Design View) a checkbox to the form. That fieldtype is not in the table I pulled the information from. The problem is that when I check any of those boxes the others follow suit. How can I fix this please?

Thanks,

Tony

If all your checkboxes are getting checked when you check one, then I'm going to guess that you don't have a ControlSource entered for your checkbox to bind it to a field.

Sorry, I can't open attachments at work.
