how to view report single record per page

i want to make a report viewing a single record per page ,, also i want to make a command button to open the last entered record

we do ask for one question per thread to help keep things straight.

Your first question is straight forward:
1) Open your report in design mode.
2) Show your properties sheet for the report
3) In the drop down at the top of the properties sheet, select <Detail>
4) [Format] tab
5) [Force New Page] set to "After Section"

Your second question one can only guess that you want the report to open to the last record created in the underlying record-set with all of the other records available to the report; however, you've not specified the requirements.
