Calculating Project Hrs to Employee

Hello, needing help with MS Access 2010

I'm doing a project summary report. I have ProjNo and each employee name in the heading, so on each row I want ProjNo and hours that each employee spent on that project then I want to sum up each row along with each column. See Below is what I'm wanting the report to look like. What I'm getting is the ProjNo repeating itself and all employees and tothrs with the same amount of hrs. I have created a query with a calculation field, and unique values set to yes, which isn't working.

ProjNo Jane John Bill TotHrs
00000 15 2 4 21
00001 2 10 5 17
Grand Total 17 12 9 38

Can't help without details of your tables. If the structure is wrong, the results will be wrong.

I'm not sure how you'd go about getting the results of a Cross-Tab type query into a report. If the columns change between runs then how would you design that into a report? It may be possible to design it on the fly but that's pretty advanced stuff and you'd need a very clear and precise idea of exactly what you were working with.
