Get #name error when I try to create a combo from a Working Query

I am using MS Access 2013.
I have a query that works as a query but when to use it as a source for a combo box
I get a #name error. I have created combo boxes using tables but I have not been to build a combo box using a qeury.
Not sure where I am messing up.
Greatly appreciate help with this. I have stuck on this a couple days.
Thank you in advance for your help.

I believe the problem is not in your query for the rowsource but in the value for the Control Source. You have referenced some column name that does not exist.
