Validates text only i.e. Name

Hi
I have came across a situation that my seniors want me to restrict the user can enter the name only in that specific column. e.g. like the name can be John not John1 or John><
How can i restrict the user

If you enter the following in the Validation Rule property of your textbox, it will limit the data to letters and throw an error if anything else is entered:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Is Null OR Not Like "*[!a-z]*"
