when running a query i get error (-1524) No Error message available.

When i run a query in a sheet we have setup i get error (-1524) I read other peoples comments and it said to check data sheet however when i go into that specific page and try to see the data sheet view access closes automatically. Windows says there was an error and does a force close.

That sounds like you have a corrupted database I'm afraid.

Anything that can be done?

There are a bunch of things to try. Going through them all again here individually would be painful and not very helpful.

However, I found a bunch of stuff using the simple search criteria :
recover from corrupted access database

Good luck :-)
