TBH: I am out of my depth here, what I do know is that you will need a host, (either your own home-grown server or one of the "clouds", that will support access-web-services - AND - that this isn't always an easy thing to accomplish.
Access 2010 depreciated a few features one of them was the ability to create Access data pages which will make things much more difficult. For one thing, to publish to share-point you will have to use the much hated look-up field at the table level to establish proper table relationships AND none of the VBA behind the form will work.
Access 2010 deprecated features and components
+ In Access 2010, DAPs are completely removed. Users will not be able to design and execute them. They will be enumerated in navigation pane but if user attempts to open them, they will see the following error: “Microsoft Office Access does not support this operation for Data Access Pages. To perform this operation, use Microsoft Office Access 2007 or earlier.”
I have seen a few commercial hosting sites that seem to infer that they can natively host Access thru a web-browser without any modifications to the MDB/ACCDB project (even a few that say they can handle split database deployment); however, that is well beyond my expertise.
+ Beyond that, I am afraid I'll have to defer to one of the other experts. :-(
As you progress, if you will post back here your experience will be of immense help to others that walk the same path - I know I'll get to learn something too!
