Main Menu Form Search

Hi,

I am trying to create a database in Access that will allow the person using it to select types of criteria from different drop down combo-boxes:
Department
Level
Degree Type
Major
Years of Experience

and for the program from that information selected generate a report of the type of job descriptions that fit. I was able to create the main menu form with the combo-boxes but I am not able to figure out how to get the program to use the selected options and generate a list of job descriptions from the table in the database.

Any help is appreciated.
