I have a Combo box with multiple selection and multiple columns (its contractor and email address) trying to in a query show a job name and the multiple contractors and emails for each one

Job ID Contractor Email
1 ABC ABC@email.com
1 DEF DEF@email.com
2 GHI GHI@email.com
2 JKL JKL@email.com

You might find this helpful:
ComboBox.Column Property (Access)

and then this:
Multiple selection from the list box or combo box
