Linking two separate fields from two tables in a form

I have two separate tables - one shows the Product Details the other the supplier details.

I'm intending to make a form that allows a user to type in the products then lets the user select from a dropdown (combo box taken from Supplier table) list the suppliers.

Thing is I'm not sure how i can link the combo box with the table. Each time I choose a supplier it registers a new supplierID in the form. I tried to make it unique an am still encountering the same problem.

I don't follow what you mean.

Does the ComboBox have a ControlSource set or is it unbound?
