Convert to Local table - Access

1
I right clicked on a yellow coloured table icon to look at its properties, unfortunately I accidentally clicked on 'Convert to local table'. It's turned to a blue/white icon and I'm unable to reverse the conversion at all. I don't know what 'local table' means and I'm desperate to undo this! Help!

Delete the table and then relink to the table in your backend.

Only caution here,
Rename your local table first
Then relink to your backend
Make sure your data is good
Then delete the renamed table.
