adding an auto number column in a query

hi
I have an access database and I have a queries but which varies monthly,
the thing that I need to add a sequence number column that every time the data is changing it stays as an auto number
hope it was understandable

I have two tables
and the query has an information from both tables with different columns, but the query doesn't have ID to show how many results I've got, I need this ID to appear in the query
" what I mean by ID are the same as when I enter any data in a new table so it has a sequence number" I hope you can help me doing this in the query,,
