Access 2013 Chart query criteria

I have added [enter month] to the query criteria, and the query runs fine, but when I open the Chart in print view the input box asks me for the month 3 times? any ideas

Are you printing the Chart on a Report? If so, are there three records in the RecordSource of your Report? You might be better off removing the Query Parameter out of the Query and then using the Link Master Fields and Link Child Fields on the instance of the Chart Control on the Report (or Form).
