iif Statement (multiple fields) based on different tables

Hi All,
I've just started working with Access recently - so please bear with me.
I use Access in order to process data - which would take way too long through Excel.
So basically, what I have is "Table1" containing Clients, Local Bankers and Regional Bankers. Another table; "Table2", contains a List of all bankers which are considered "CIB Coverage". I need to add a calculated field which would go basically through this rationale:
TypeOfClient = If LocalBanker OR Regional Banker exist in Table2, then "CIB Banker"; "Non CIB Banker".

I've been trying to get this done with no success. Could you kindly please help me?

Thank you all for your help

I'm not sure what it is exactly that you're trying to do. You mention a type of client field yet that field doesn't exist in the table structures you described. Also you say you are trying to define which ones are CIB bankers but you already know that, you said the ones in table 2 are CIB bankers.
