Dcount function in a query gives wrong count

Can someone help me. why does my dcount function on a text box in a report gives me a zero count when there is clearly 2 employee records in the query that has the number 1 in the heart trainee field.
field record i am counting is Employee No
query name is Q-Detail for Monthly S01 and the
field on query with the criteria is heart trainee.

=DCount("[Employee No]","Q-Detail for Monthly S01",[HEART Trainee]=1)

I think you need to put your Where clause inside Quotes:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. =DCount("[Employee No]","Q-Detail for Monthly S01","[HEART Trainee]=1")
