What is the error in this where condition i put in access macro??

[Zone1]![centralized gas]="yes" And [Zone1]![Energy consumption]=""
no record is showing up
I put the macro on radio button mouse down

Is this code being used as a filter for the form? Please provide a little greater detail as to how you are using this code.
