Running MS Access on Parallel Desktop 9

Periodically I run into problems if two users access the same file in my database at the same time.Changes made by one user affected the records of the second user.

This is one of the challenges of MS Access in a group environment. There are ways to lock records so others cannot access a record while it is being used by someone.
