Create a Macro to Open an Access Database

I am trying to create a button in a form that will open a Access database? What is the simplest way to do this, preferably without VBA? What can i put in the command line using the RunApplication option in the macro builder?

3) why no vba
4) you are on the correct path with "runapplicaiton"
5) that code wouldn't run in my pc enviromnent as it falls into the restricted group in ACC2010
