Extracting data from multiple tables and entering it into another table with addition

I have 3 tables:
1. Basic information about project
2. Delivery Status of project
3. Project location in manufacturing process

I want to extract only certain projects from table 2 with their basic information from table 1 and Enter this data along with process information in 3rd table. I want to use a form for data entering which displays all the extracted projects in datasheet view. I am a beginner in microsoft access. Any help will be deeply appreciated.

It also sounds as if you haven't normalized your data tables.
Please review this article, Database Normalization and Table Structures.
There may be times where flat data is a good thing; however, not normally.
