access form 2013:setting default record

In Microsoft access 2013 how can I set last record as a default without VBA coding and macro when form opens?

I am not sure you can do that without VBA or a macro.

One possible option would be to reverse sort all of your records so that the last record is now the first, but then you would have to go all the way to the end to add a record, which is not a problem, just something to be aware of....
