Problem when total the value in subform and show in the mainform

I facing a problem when doing my final assignment. I really no idea for it? Can help me to solve the problem?

In audit fees main form contained the subform name table workload.

I wish to total the value of workload per workers in subform and show in the text box name workload in mainform.

However, i only can get the total value in subform and show # error in workload text box.

Per the site's FAQ, homework questions aren't allowed. Nor do you give all the details necessary to give a good answer. However, I'll try to point you in the right direction. Look into the DSum() function.
