Missing text when printing and print preview

Hi. I'm not an expert in access. We have a report in access 2013 with a lot of tables, there is one specific one that is filter with three choices (B114115-01-99-JB02-00004-AB / B114115-40-99-JB02-00004-AA / B114115-40-99-JB02-00003-AA), but the text does not print. If I type something in it prints. If I login at another PC it prints correctly. If I remove the (B114115-) it also prints?

Erica,

It looks to me (from your Report preview, that the values (B114115-01-99-JB02-00004-AB, etc.) are too large for the text box on your report. The dashes in the value cause Access to wrap those values in the text box. Because "B114115" is also the longest, "undashed" segment of text, and begins the string, Access prints what will fit.

Try enlarging the text box or reducing the font size and take a look at the results.

Hope this hepps!
