Summary of database columns

Can u help me on something else......Say you have data(3fields;Country Product and Stock) n u have to make a reportreport(MSAcess) n u are told to make sure it shows a summary of 3 fields...it should perform a count of the number of products for each country...it should also report data where products number more than 3

Please explain how you have solved the problem you had. Others will read this thread in the future and would like the benefit of your experience.

You need to spend some time with sample database, Northwind.mdb. Check under the Access help menu to find it. There are many good examples to get you started. Come back and start a new thread when you have questions.
