Queries in Access Trying to remove blank fields n preview fields with info only

I made a query for my data some of it has gaps n the other have text but I want to only preview the fields with text not the empty ones. I trued sorting but that doesn't change the query. is there a certain criteria to use to remove blanks n only preview fields with info

Your question is not very clear. The more clear your question is the better the chance you'll get a good reply that solves your problem.

It's always a good idea to provide your code when possible. If you go into the SQL view of your query you can copy the query text and paste it into a post. Be sure to click the [CODE/] button and paste your code between the tags that appear.

Be clear about what you want. It sounds like some columns on some rows are blank and you don't want to see that. That's an odd request so maybe I misunderstand what you want. If all columns are blank or any combination of columns the whole row can be skipped. The only way to skip columns is to concatenate them all into one field, leaving out blank columns in the process.
