Was there a numeric portion to the error?

Make sure that you have the latest updates installed for your OS and for Office. Open any office product, goto help, select check for updates.

If you are using a 64bit installation of Office/Access2010 it seems that there is some buggy support/interaction you'll want to look into completely removeing the 64bit install and useing a 32bit install instead.

Unless you can provide someother information, then it you need more support than this, you'll need to contact Microsoft technical (good luck there) as it sounds more like an installation issue either with your office products or the sharepoint.
