Table Relationships and How to....

I have a VERY simple form that I'm working on. I have two tables, the first one captures the information I need from a customer. The second on is simply a City and State in one column and instructions for which cab company to call in the second column. I will use this second table as a reference.

Long story short? I want to be able to select a town in my form, and when I do, special instructions for that town will auto populate into another field.

I have a very basic understanding of Access. I can manipulate certain things, but this has me stumped. I've tried to create relationships, then write the code in VB, but for whatever reason I either get errors or it simply won't work.

First read thru this: > Database Normalization and Table Structures.

So once you read thru that, we can start to normalize your database because the road (ok, punny (^_^) ) you're going down now will lead to places where even emegency personal will not go at night.
