Job Title With Experience?

P: 2
I was wondering if anyone knows how I can add multiple job titles and years of experience (for specific job title) to an employee table?

example:

Brown, Bob Manager 8YOE Talent 6YOE so on...

Thanks for all your help!

You would need another table with a Primary Key/Foreign Key relationship back to your employee table. This will allow you to have as many job titles/years of experience as you want per employee.

You would greatly benefit from reading Database Normalization and Table Structures. This deals with exactly this issue and the correct way to design your table structures in a normalized format.
