How to remove page break in report that puts blank page at the end

I have a page break control in a grouping footer on a report. This works perfectly to split up each group to start on its own page (it could take up to three pages to cover the grouping's data). The problem is that it puts a blank page at the end. Is there a way to make it not create the last page break?

Hi Seth

I have a page break in a group footer.

I find if I set the Top of the Page Break to the value of the height of the Group Footer that it is in, then I do not get a blank page. If it is set anything less (even .001) then I get a blank page at the end.

Seth,
I usually have the page break at the start of each group so you might try moving it there to see what happens.

I'll give that a try when I get a chance, but wouldn't that just put the blank page at the beginning of the print job instead of the end?

@MTB That worked. I just put it in the middle of the footer so that I could see that it was there. Now it is at the bottom of the footer and I don't get the extra page. Thanks Mike.

This is great! I can put that tip to work right away.

Thanks!
