Print Multiple reports based on field values

Hi,

I have a table where one field is "PO" and this field has multiple values (txt format).
One "PO" value can be used for multiple "EndItem".

- I want to print separate reports with the same header and footer (already created)
- Each page should be specific to one value of "PO" field
- That value should be in the header for that page, while the display part of the field contains the associated "EndItem" and other values specific to that "PO" value.

I don't want to create Multiple Reports, I just want multiple pages based on the field "PO" value.

Thx for the help

Hi. Welcome to Bytes.

What you want is to make one report and group by PO. Set Group Header and Footer to True. Leave the page header empty. Put what you want in the Group Header. and in the Group Footer put a page break (you can find that in the tool bar).

The result will be all the items for one PO value followed by a page break.
