How Do i sum/average/grading the data in 2 or 3 different months into one query to setup the report

No one is going to be able to help much with such a vague question. Try to be more specific, and give the names of tables and their content so we can try to give good advice.

That being said, play around with the query editor. if you right-click on the bottom half you can turn totals/grouping on. Watch what happens when you change group option to SUM or Average for one of your numeric columns. After each change, change to datasheet view to see the result. Then go back to design view and make another change. Instant learning.

Tinker with it, teach yourself a few things and come back with specific questions.
