Not sure how/where to update query to capture new data

P: 1
I am new to Access and this is probably a simple exercise for anyone with Access knowledge.
I have all of my data pulled from my ERP system and it works great for my reporting. However, I struggle to remember every new year how to update the queries to pull the data for the new year, not the old/previous year?

Extremely time sensitive so can anyone help guide me in simple steps?

Filter on a date field.

That's all we can say at this point unless we get more info. For example, we don't even know if you have a date field to filter on. We don't know what your data structure looks like. We don't know what your queries look like.
