I can't add a new record using a form in access 2013

I am trying to create a database for a new magazine company. I tried to break down all of the possible table parts and use the relationships properly. I am pretty new at this. I tried to make a subscriber invoice table that would let me enter all of the information in one place and keep it split in separate tables. Some thing is not working. I am attaching the database

mrsmontal,
Simply telling us that "Something" is not working and then asking us to go thru your project is a bit like telling the farmer that there's a needle in the hay-stack, please find it before feeding the cows.

So, what is it exactly that you are having issues with?
Is the data not editable?
Are only a few fields being saved; however, not all of them?
etc...

Please understand, many of us cannot or will not d/l un-requested attachments. This has absolutely nothing to do with who you are... In my case, such d/l are prohibited by my ITSec staff. For many others, it is part of "safe computing/best practices" not to d/l such files. A practical example as to why can be found here http://bytes.com/topic/access/answer...l-ms-products. this unfourtunate Member opened a file from a trusted source and is now haveing all sorts of issues!

Also, I will PM you my list of getting started tutorials.
Working thru these will help you not only design your database, but also, help you ask the proper questions when you get stuck.

@zmbd
Thank you for your response. I will wait for you PM, although I am so new at this I am not sure where I will receive it. As for why I sent the attachment, before I joined I browsed other questions and saw that an attachment was sent. I will be sure not to do that again. Once I have seen you getting started tutorials, I will follow-up if need be with a more detailed question. Thanks again
