Records repeating in Access Report

I am in great trouble plz solve this demon....???
I am building an access database. I have almost done every thing except this problem.
Records are repeating in final report. I want them only appear once if there is any record attach to some record

Take a look at the query the report is bound to. It is the query that "repeats" records. You have to adjust it to give precisely what you want. If you know how to show us the query SQL code, please do.
