blending Landscape and Portrait in Ms access report

1
I have 2 questions and I was not sure Access 2003 would be able to handle this specific scenario, but would like to see if it is doable though.
1. We are using Access 2003 and we want to append an pdf to a report. Whole process is batch. Is this possible. I am trying OLE and the fonts seems different and not clear. We have Adobe distiller installed on our Windows 2003 server and also I could include it as a reference in VBA.
2. Our main report will be in landscape mode and the appended pdf will be portrait mode. Will it be possible to print that way with both Landscape and portrait blending.
Could you please help me with this. Thank you in advance.

In access, a reports orientation is at the report level and not the page level, so no.

Acrobat is essentially the same, except that you can merge pdfs into a single document and the orientation of the individual pdfs will be maintained so you can, in this way, get a blended orientation document.
