Sorry, but you cannot recover deleted records from an Access table - they are physically removed so the action is irreversible. The only way to resolve this is to restore the records from a backup of the Access file taken before you did the accidental deletion. If you have no backup you are stuck I'm afraid.

This happens quite often, and each time is usually a tale of woe, nashing of teeth, and great sadness in Whoville; however, occationally, the sky isn't really falling - perhaps this is one of those times:
recover deleted records in MS access database - Post#3
Stewart is correct in that generally, once deleted in MSA, that's it; however, if you are using 2010 (and sometimes the earlier versions) there may be hope provided some VERY SPECIFIC conditions are met:How to: Recover Tables Deleted from a Database - Office 2010 -- This still may not recover your data; however, worth a shot.

(for the older versions: Recover Tables Deleted from a Database - Access 97 - - once again, very strict conditions.)

I suspect however, given the age of the thread, that this information may be too late to help you - but it just may help the next person.

- I can not stress enough that one should never work on the production (in-use) version of the database - always a copy!

- I can not stress enough the need to have backup copies of the database. In fact, when I split the database to front/backend, the front end has code to periodically create a backup copy of the backend datafile --- and when deleting/updateing huge record counts (100+), the code first creates a backup - something to keep in mind.
