Format Access 2007 Report with 3 Subreports

294 256MB
I am trying to make an annual report that brings together 3 subreports. Each of the subreports returns data in the manner and fashion I am seeking. The problem comes when trying to view them on the Main report where they are all being brought together.

I put each subreport in the 'Header' section, and the records end up being 'Cut Off'.

I would like to see each record for each subreport, all on the same report (there will probably only be 3-4 records for each subreport) without them being cut off.

On the Main report, I am trying to bring all of them together so it would look like this:

To: Recipient
From: Sender

Payouts
Payout Date Payout Units Account Value
Rows of records --------------------------------------
Rows of records --------------------------------------
Rows of records --------------------------------------

Awards
Award Date Award Units Account Value
Rows of records --------------------------------------
Rows of records --------------------------------------
Rows of records --------------------------------------

End of Report

It sounds like you just need the sub-reports to be able to grow or shrink to fit the number of records in the subreport. If this is correct, then you just need to modify Can Grow and Can Shrink properties of the subreports to Yes. That way it will show all the records and bump everything down to fit it. It might make it be on multiple pages, but no scroll bars will be printed.
