How to get access to recognize a 10 hour day

Hello
I'm creating a small scheduling database whereby Due Date is entered into the system. A calculation is made and returns the number of hours that it will take to do a task. The number of hours is deducted from the Due Date to give a start date for the task. My problem is the place of work only works a 10 hour day 8am - 6pm. Mon to Friday. So if I enter a Due Date for the task ie 2nd Feb 2014 @ 1pm in the afternoon and it is going to take 12 hours to complete it will deduct the number of hours from that time showing a start date 2nd Feb 2014 @ 1am. Is there a way to solve this.

Many Thanks in return.

PS I'm using Access 2010

We normally do not provide completed code without seeing what you have already attempted.
Please provide your code, properly troubleshot and formated within the post using the [CODE/] button.

I can walk you thru the logic if you'd like and that will help you write the code.
