Using loops to enter currency in multiple months

I have buttons in a form: "1stPayDate", "LastPayDate", "PaymentAmount" and "NumberofPayments". I need my form to enter dollars into corresponding months, Example: If 1stPayDate is 12/1/13 and LastPayDate is 11/1/14 and Numberof Payments is 12, I need the dollars entered in PaymentAmount to be entered into fields Dec, Jan, Feb, Etc. What code would I write for this?

Respectfully, Bytes is neither a code writing nor homework service. Please read the FAQ and posting guidelines

As for your question, your database is not normalized if you have field for each month; thus, before we can even begin to provide you with any reasonable help you need some foundational work:

Pay particular attention to that last entry. Mastering this concept will make your databases easier to work with in the long run.

Hope to see you back!
