how to write insert statement without looping for recordset from ado

P: 3
I would like to take a recordset and insert its entire contents into a table without looping. I know it can be done using SQL in VBA to achieve this.

Yes, it's called an insert query and no you haven't given us enough information; thus, a link to general instructions:
Microsoft: Getting started with Access 2010
Microsoft: Introduction to queries Access 2010

best of luck.

Hi again,
What I meant to say is doing something like this:
insert into tableA select rs.* from rs... Normally I would do this: while not rs.eof

yes, same answer, read the link to the queries, it tells you how to use a SQL recordset to insert or append the recordset to a new or current table.
