format change in exported text file from report

232 100+
i have a report ready to print and looks fine in print preview but i have to print it on line printer so i require text file only but after exporting to text file format changes.
exported file has uneven spacing between rows.

Anyone know why this would be happening or how I can go about resolving it?

Which version of Access?

Make sure the font, point, and pitch setings on the printer match what you are doing on the report.

I have a pre-printed form that we use in the lab and when someone messes with the printer settings at the printer, it messes with the report which is why I'd say start there.
