Return Query Results into Form for Viewing

Right now we have our interface which pops up when the database starts. On the interface are search options linked to parameter queries so we can quickly locate the contact we need by either Phone # or City/Last Name.

Everything works how I want but I need for the parameter results to be returned into a specific form for viewing/editing. It being returned via datasheet view isn't where we need it.

  1. Create a Calculated Field in a Query that will display the actual Parameter(s) entered. Let's assume that one Parameter is for the Last Name Field as such:
    Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
    1. Field ==> LastName
    2. Criteria ==> [Enter Last Name:]
  2. To Create a Field in a Query ([Last])that will actually contain the Parameter Value:
    Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
    1. Last: [Enter Last Name:]
  3. Make this Query the Record Source for the Form.
  4. Create a Text Box on your Form then set its Control Source to the [Last] Field (no []s).
  5. The Parameter(s) must be 'exactly the same:
    Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
    1. [Enter Last Name:]<==>[Enter Last Name:]
