Unfortunately, this is not a program writing site. We can't create a whole solution for you. What we can do is help you solve specific problems (one per thread). There are many people on this site that like helping others, but we need detailed, specific questions in order to help you. Read the site's FAQ and it will help guide you toward asking good questions so that we can help.

Welcome to Bytes.com!

We need some basic information:
Which operating system are you using (WindowsXP, Vista, UNIX)?
Which version of Access are you using?
How would you asses your understanding of MS Access, RDBMS, VBA, Macro, etc..?

You also need to understand that what you are attempting to do will require a great deal of knowledge about MS Access, both the main GUI and of the programing language behind it, usually VBA; however, the MACRO language may be an option too. You will also need to understand RDMS design concepts.

Any help that we can provide you will be based on the concept that you have at least a basic understanding of the afor mentioned concepts. Many of us are fairly good in providing even the complete novice with help; however, it's much like reading, there comes a point where you have to have the core concepts mastered.

The final thing to understand, is that Bytes is not a free programing service; instead, we try to help each other out when an issue just simply get's us stuck. Think of it as proof-reading, or a second set of eys on task, for a friend when the work just doesn't seem right; however, they just can't find the error. Each specific question will need to be in it's own thread.
