Require Report to expand with data entered into subform within my form

Hi Guys, I have a form used to enter data into my mdb and within that form is a subform that expands as I add more records. However, the data that is reflected on the report will not expand to reflect what is on the subform it will only show the last record entered into the subform.
How can i make the cell in the report show what is in the subform (not in one cell as I understand the concept of letting a cell grow).

Your question is fairly difficult to follow.

Either you have a field that is cutting off data and you want that data to show or you have a series of records that are not showing up as expected on the report.

In the former, you need to set the can grow for the field and possibly the same for the details section; however, from the comment in the parenthesis that doesn't appear to be the issue at hand.

Thus, we come to the expected records not being returned. The report will only show those records that either match the query or are in the table. So you need to start with the datasource for the report.

Many thanks zmbd, Yes the latter seems it may be the way to at least explore the problem, sorry my question was difficult to follow. The subform within my form is used to request pricing for vehicle accessories and as you add a record it adds the next cells to continue adding if required. I then use the data entered to populate a report that is used to e-mail to dealerships for pricing. Everything from the main form populates as it should but only one line from the subform will show on the report it will not expand and show all records. So logically as you say the datasource may be the issue. Thank you for taking the time to respond my friend it is greatly appreciated. I will now examine the source in detail, it is at least a good place to start.
