Find 7 Largest Numbers in 2 Fields

Hi,

I am new to this and trying to get a report to run that finds the seven best times from two fields. I am creating a scoring database to be used for a tournament and each category has a Day 1 score and a Day 2 score. The problem I am having is getting a report that will just print one list with the top seven scores from Day 1 and Day 2 combined. For example Team 1 could have 30 pts day 1 and 20 pts day 2, while team 2 could have 25 pts. So the top three scores would be Team 1 30, team 2 25, Team 1 20. Does that make sense

If they're in different fields, use a union query to normalize and correct your data structure. Then it's a simple matter of using a TOP predicate to select your top 7.
